Research Fellow/senior research fellow post at ICRT

The ICRT aims to appoint one further Research Fellow/ Senior Research Fellow to join the existing team.  The appointee will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to their work, combining cutting edge research and consultancy with the delivery of high quality teaching and learning to students.

After three excellent appointments, be the fourth new person to join ICRT to promote responsible change in tourism and hospitality.

The International Centre for Responsible Tourism (ICRT) is a world class provider of education, research and consultancy services that specialises in conservation, sustainable development, responsible tourism and hospitality management.  Two distinctive postgraduate awards are offered MSc Responsible Tourism Management and MSc Responsible Hospitality Management. Research and consultancy contracts are undertaken for major international development organisations throughout the world. The ICRT has just recruited Dr Rebecca Hawkins, Dr Emma Harvey and Andreas Walmsley as well as dedicated administrative support to join Professor Harold Goodwin, Dr Xavier Font and Dr Janet Cochrane (see www.icrtourism.org).

The ICRT aims to appoint one further Research Fellow/ Senior Research Fellow to join the existing team.  The appointee will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to their work, combining cutting edge research and consultancy with the delivery of high quality teaching and learning to students.

The successful applicant will have international consultancy and project management experience, or an academic background with potential for industry changing applied research. All appointee will be expected to work flexibly with evening and weekend work being undertaken in the UK and overseas.
